As you may be aware, election to NSAI Governing Council (GC) 2025-2027 are due and would be conducted along with the 19^th Annual General Meeting 2025 (on August 22, 2025) at Lecture Hall (Ground Floor), NAAS, NASC Complex, Pusa, New Delhi-110012.

This year, as per the NSAI Rules & Regulations (R & R), elections is to be held to fill up Six (6) vacancies in the Ordinary Member category.

NSAI Members who have cleared all dues as on 25^th July, 2025 and whose names appear on the Electoral Roll 2025, are eligible to participate in the election process, i.e., contest (including nominate / propose & second the candidature) and vote. We are attaching herewith the following papers (as finalized by the NSAI Election Committee 2025) in this regard for your use:

2. Election Schedule
3. Electoral List (Available on NSAI Website)
4. Nomination Form
5. Proxy Voting Form (for the members who are unable to be present personally to vote; the forms are numbered and are to be submitted in the enclosed envelop only in original signed & Company Seal).

(Except the Proxy forms the other papers are also available on the NSAI website.)

Please ensure that you follow the guidelines regarding proposing / seconding / voting / giving proxy, etc. as mentioned.
